I asked for a piece of tape to seal the end of an envelope. I was told I Ihad to buy my own tape (a whole roll. I remember when a dispenser of tape was always on the counter for customers free of charge to use as needed. Things sure have changed.

Incompetent staff, poor service! I have been using USPS for 10 years, no issues. This is the first time I shipped package at this post office and it got lost! On Dec 16 I shipped a package to Mom but she never received it. When I went to this post office to see if they can help to track. I was told in a very cold and even mean way she cannot do anything for it because it has been over one month. No sympathy, no conern, very unprofessional! I already realized the people working here are incompetent when I shipped the package. The way they talk and handle things are lower level. The whole place is very disorganized. This is the worst post office I have been to in America! After dealing with them I feel my whold day was ruined. I could not focus on anything the rest of my day! If you don't want your life being ruined, please stay away from this post office!

repeatedly misdelivering packages. I put in a request to stop delivery of packages to my house and hold them at the post office but they keep delivering packages and about 1 out of 5 not actually being delivered. Its been half a year now of this and I've lost around $1,500 due to their incompetency.

We were notified last night that a priority mail package was delivered at/ near mailbox around 4:15 pm. Looked for it until 8:30 - no package. Lo and behold a neighbor from a 1/4 mile away kindly delivered it to us. The 2 street names in no way resemble each other. Its a careless mistake especially with Priority Mail! Happens with our regular mail as well.

Lost & delayed items and delivered wrong mails to my address, Awful! I have lived this area for 2 years (moved from D.C.). We have 364 units in our community and I have some angry neighbors who lost their packages and wrongly delivered items. Our HOA officially posted and announced that we had issues with this local post office. I have lost an item (never delivered!) and couple of items were delayed for days and weeks. Use "signature confirmation" service and insured the package if you can. Very bad never had this much trouble with USPS before!!
