I've left a review over this location before, and here I am again because my experience just keeps getting worse and worse.This place is the absolute worst. I have never been to a post office that I hate so much. They send your stuff back regardless if your address is correct or not, then lie to you about it. One issue after the other with this place. I had international goods sent to me and they said my address was incorrect so I then confirmed it with the sender and on my shipping and it was correct. Really bummed because the items I was receiving are no longer in stock. I came the next day to see if they held it over night but no, they returned to sender within 10 hours (overnight). Not to mention how rude that woman who works there is.

The people who rate this post office low have no empathy or patience. I will agree, sometimes the line is long but it's a busy post office! What do you expect? It's always the same people working in there and they have always been polite to me. Then again, when I get to the counter I treat them with respect and do not have my panties in a bunch because I just had to wait in line for a bit. Overall they could stand to hire another person or two and maybe remodel so they have more counter spots available to help customers now that the town has grown so much. The town has spent a lot on new dance theatres and concert venues but could really stand to give their little post office an upgrade it so desperately needs!!

Most unhelpful post office I’ve ever been to. Our postal service worker, Buzz was one of the most unpleasant and most unhelpful people ever. Couldn’t tell us what postage we needed on our post cards. He asked us what stamps we wanted. We asked what they required. He didn’t know. Seems like he should know. Also was rude and wouldn’t even offer up a few pieces of tape. I’ll be sure to go to FedEx or UPS next time I need to send a package. They always offer to tape up my package. Not to mention, every other Post office I’ve ever been to has tape out on tables for your convenience. We had to not only purchase a box but also had to purchase tape at the counter and also go back through the line once we boxed it up. Stupid and a waste of time. Thanks Buzz. You were so helpful and pleasant to work with 🙄😒

There’s no place that gets me more annoyed than this place. The lady at the front is super rude. She has no idea how to speak to people. Calling them is even more annoying than trying to go in person. They need new staff OR new training of their staff because there’s no reason for them to have such terrible customer service skills.
