While I have had some very bad service here, I have to give a shout out to Thomas. He is very friendly, helpful, and really goes out of his way to make sure you leave happy. If I don't see Thomas working, I just come back later. The other employees I've come in contact with have been hit or miss.

Absolutely the worst post office. Consistently lost packages, rude employees, and often other people’s mail in my box. Customer services is not a value at this post office. Truly terrible, it’s as if they don’t care and don’t try. I would rather train a pigeon to carry my mail than go back to this post office.

this place is awful! The employees here look like they hate their lives I asked them to track a package and the worker there gave me the dirtiest look. As of today I have now switched and purchased a box at the ups store in Dillon because of all the great stuff I hear there and you don't have to worry about your package being sent back.

I can’t believe the post office continues to employ these people. The rudest most unhelpful and unprofessional people in summit county. People like this are why the US postal system is failing.

Wow! I've never been a fan of the USPS but the service here is so bad that it's comical. I thought I walked into a Seinfeld episode. I first went to Dillon Post Office on a Saturday morning to track down a package because my tracking number showed that it was in Dillon. Dillon tells me they sent it to Silverthorne. I got to Silverthorne and they told me it was in Dillon. I said I was just there and that they told me to come here so then they said wait until next Monday morning since they didn't know where it was because no one had scanned the package yet. So then I say why would you tell me to go back to Dillon if you don't know where it's at, and why would Dillon tell me to go to Silverthorne if they had know idea where it was at?.......Silence, I just get the look of death. Then they tell me they are so behind that nothing will get sent back until Monday morning anyway. I wait through the weekend and return to this God awful place first thing Monday morning and the evil devil woman behind the counter (who I am scared to even talk to) just tells me that my package got returned to sender on Saturday morning. Just to be clear I only put my physical address for delivery mistakenly thinking my package was arriving UPS. Well UPS sure post dropped it at the post office agghh. They told me at the post office that I should have put my post office box number on the shipping as well. I would have done that, however when I moved to Silverthorne two years ago they had zero post office boxes available so I have a Frisco P.O box. So what am I suppose to do put two separate zip codes and addresses down for shipping. That would require a entire episode of some sort of dark comedy to track down. I think I'm going to just go pony up the cash for a box at the UPS store.
