My mail carrier frequently scans my packages as if she's delivered them and then delivers them next day or 2 days later, then when I attempt to call my local office they don't answer and I've waited in excess of an hour for customer service to answer on the main number. I work weekdays and I am unable to go by the office furthermore the manager of this office doesn't ever return calls or follow up!

This particular location is less than professional. I walked in and waited for Herman to finish his side conversation with a noncustomer before I was serviced. I received attitude from him and dismissal from his manager Ms.Johnson.No attempt whatsoever for good customer service and Herman should in the future handle all personal matters away from his work. I should not have to wait on you if I am the only customer in line. Ms. Johnson should also check policy before making decisions. If you do not know the answer to a question, find out before dismissing your customer. I will be going to another USPS for my needs. Unless you know Herman personally, like the lady occupying his time today, he is not a very good employee. At least not on a customer service or efficientcy level.

Too much damn talking and not enough working, the employees play to much with familiar customers and move slow as hell they spend about 10 mins with each customer tooooooo damn long

I spent 5 minutes here.... staff & other customers are very friendly (when not stressed up by crowds)... choose your time to visit wisely (if possible) & you will do well!
