I’m incredibly grateful to Mark and his staff for getting my huge painting 6’ x 4’ to North Carolina from Memphis. It is irreplaceable because it was my father’s before he passed. I have never seen something as well packaged as it was. Communication was a breeze and the level of care shown was indicative of the kindness and professionalism that Mark has shown consistently over the years. Thank you, Mark and team!
Matthew is a literal angel and let me tell you why. I needed to get my passport photo taken, so initially I went to The UPS Store thinking ‘how bad could they be?’. Well it turns out they can be very, VERY bad. I only had 10 extra minutes before I needed to leave for work so I stopped at The Mail Center. I knew I was in good hands the moment Matthew pulled out a professional camera instead of the purple 2011 digital camera the UPS store used. Not only did he take an amazing picture and was diligent about making sure the picture followed the guidelines to be accepted, but he even showed it to me for approval instead of just rushing my out of the store. ALL THE WHILE handling the deluge of other customers who had shown up around the same time as me in a timely and friendly manner. All hail Matthew! And also give him a raise!

I went in the store for the first time to pack & ship some golf clubs I sold online. Matthew was super helpful and packed and wrapped the items himself and was a HUGE help. He was a genuinely nice person and gave me a great customer experience. I will definitely be back!! This place exceeded my expectations. Happy customer.
I love this place! I have been going to the mail center for years, and it is always a great experience. I go there to return Amazon packages, to print out stuff for school, and to scan stuff for myself since I don’t have a scanner. The people who owned the place are always super kind, and. Prices are always quite reasonable. I highly recommend the mail center for your mailing needs, especially if you live in Midtown and you don’t wanna go all the way to the library to get your stuff done.
I love doing business at the Mail Center! I recently needed a huge backdrop for any event, and only had 3 days to design and receive 2 for the event. Always true to their professionalism it arrived designed and ready for the event ahead of schedule as ordered! I've been a customer here for over 10 years and the owners treat me like family. It is good to know that there are small businesses in this day and time that still have great customer service ethics like the mom and pop's businesses from long ago. They accept your packages for you and will give you a courtesy call to inform you that your packages have arrived. If you have an upcoming event and need a beautiful backdrop check with Mark at the Mail Center. Awesome design and quality work. I definitely recommend the Mail Center for all your shipping and packaging needs! Personally, I live downtown and pass by many mail centers but I'd rather drive to Midtown for the great service and feel welcomed by the kind hearted people that own and work at The Mail Center on Madison Ave. Thanks Mark and Donna!
I've been visiting The Mail Center since 2009 for my printing needs. Marc and the staff are always so inviting and helpful and will go far and beyond to get any job done. He has the best color printing price in Memphis. Besides that, the quality is excellent and customer service is hands down, the best when you need printing! And no long waits like at those other places. I highly recommend them.
Best place in Memphis to notarize documents, print and ship. I personally used it for all of the above and I never left disappointed! Lately I used it to ship my stuff internationally. Mark the owner found me a good deal with Fedex and he personally handled everything, from the pick up to the shipping to the tracking. He picked up my boxes and kept them in storage at no extra charge until Consulate documents arrived it took over a week. He checked my packaging and repacked some. He monitored the shipment and promptly called FedEx when it was stuck at customs to tell them where to find the documents. Packages were shipped last Friday and arrived some yesterday Tuesday and some today. Super quick! I highly recommend this place!
Great place! Packed my guitar for less than $20. The box would cost mire than that elsewhere. Great service at a super price by a locally owned company. The chain giants can’t even come close to bring this good.
Mark is great! My bank would not notarize a power of attorney, but Mark came to the rescue. I would recommend The Mail Center for all your mailing/business needs! I would not recommend First Horizon Bank as they do nothing for their customers, I will be closing that account! #fristhorizonistheworst
