The overall enthusiasm I experienced was what you would expect from government workers. However, Ms. T. Harris was professional, friendly, willing to help, and was the person who ultimately assisted me. 5 stars on account of her.

I have one postal carrier who is awesome and gets 10 stars. My mail does often get delivered to my neighbor who luckily is friendly and brings it on over. Many of my Xmas ornaments I make & sell on Etsy were broken this year and last year. I'd say about 10 were broken but might not be on our end? However I did not have this problem in Chicago. I have had my mail delivered soaked in water so ask people to put in plastic. I do think they have made improvements but not enough to give 5 stars yet.

I've used USPS and others for about 10 years now regularly and this specific location is worthy of 4 🌟's easily

I would not even like to give them ONE STAR. My passport was delivered to the wrong address, and I paid to have it expedited. When I contacted them to track my package, the lady who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. She even had the never to say, "you should have called sooner." I have never written an online review and appreciate everyone in the service industry--but I recommend avoiding this location AT ALL COSTS!
