The service is awful with long lines and lazy, arrogant and rude clerks. The entire staff is inept. The pricing for the Post Office Boxes is the highest in Memphis. The mail is always late to arrive and is often misdirected. The lobby closes too early and business persons can't collect their mail after hours.The parking lot is a disaster and is full of potholes, litter and tree limbs.

WHY is this place still in business? I have had the phone hung up in my face, had questions that could not be answered, etc. These were questions that a USPS employee SHOULD have known! I have filed a few complaints due to negative experiences with a certain employee here.

the staff is RUDE!!! so unprofessional & dont ever want to do they job.. like why get a customer service job if you’ll going to be rude and lazy! its beyond unprofessional and they dont care at all! lines are always long & they get mad when you asl them questions or need help with something cause they actually have to work. smh they need the rethink they attitude or rethink they job like seriously

Wow. I get with the holidays being right around the corner things can be stressful, but my experience today was unexpected! I had a pre-paid label on my package, but it was over 13 ounces, therefore unacceptable to be placed in the dropbox in the entrance. When I walked in the waiting area, the line was literally to the door. I waited about 5 minutes before I noticed it was going dreadfully slow-I moved maybe a foot. So when one of the employees (short dreads, older woman with glasses) made it back to the desk-might I add with nothing in her hands- I said “ma’am” in hopes of getting her attention. She “didn’t” hear me after six times of me repeating myself so I walked directly in front of her and said “ma’am” again and she barely looked up and didn’t even reply. I told her I had a prepaid label with it’s weight and asked where could I put it. She mummered something and I replied what was that? She again replied barely raising her voice and said put it at the end of the desk. She was ignoring me, then was very rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact or speak clearly. Really would not recommend this location, as they do not value CUSTOMER service.

If there were an option to leave no stars, that is what I would have posted. There is a woman at this office named Dorthy who should not be working with the public. She is unfriendly and seems so bothered when asked questions about the services the post office offers. She barely speaks and couldn't be less engaged with what she is doing or who she is serving. There are hardly any signs in the waiting area that define the services and costs for service. No wonder the United States Postal Service is doing so poorly in comparison to other companies! FedEx and UPS are FAR superior! At least their employees know how to greet, speak, and work with customers!
