I wonder what is wrong with this place. These people lose about 3 out of 10 packages and at least 6 out of 10 packages get held for 5 to 7 days. Anything I order that goes through that post office gets lost, held or sent elsewhere. Today I totally had it and called the people and said in a very polite way "Hi, I am calling to find out about my package which you have held for at least 6 days now from the scheduled date or if it just got lost" the response I get is "We don't hold packages"... Really? then why is my package still there? for 6 DAYS!!!!

I had the most wonderful experience with this office. The phone was answered immediately by a very friendly lady, that was not able to help me with my problem, but gave me the number and name of the person who could help. When I called that number, my call was returned quickly. Phillip went above and beyond to get my package for me, that was sent to that office by my mistake. He saved my son's prom and we are forever grateful!

I think that instead of processing mail, the overwhelming majority of the employees here regularly retire to the bathroom to have a circle jerk to the sound of the national anthem. The others without enough seniority to join the jerker or let's call them loners, simply rub one out inside the privacy of a stall to whatever imaginary tune is running around in their alcohol affected brain. Both acts are done to mask ones contempt and disdain for management. Otherwise the people would bring explosives to work..

They are open and I've dialed about 50 times. They refuse to answer the phone, all you get is a voicemail and they don't even call you back. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered to me on 3/18 and now it is 4/11. It says it still is in transit and this is the last place for it to be scanned. This place is horrible at it's job. I even have a case number from the main USPS and have gotten no calls from them. I've called and even posted a note on my mailbox for them to STOP sending me the previous tenant's mail, yet though they've said they'd stop, it's been a year and they haven't! I also NEVER got that mail by the way and it's 11/19.

A package of mine has passed through this Memphian Bermuda Triangle, and I'm afraid I'm at the beginning of a long, probably Kafkaesque journey to rescue my package from its grasp. I ordered something off Etsy and according to tracking the package found its way here a week ago. I haven't seen it since. Here's the deal: I got somebody from USPS (n.b. not at this facility; I called a local USPS spot and they tranfered me to someone else) to explain to me that the CONTAINER that my package was IN was scanned at this facility a week ago. Typically, when a container is scanned, the package (i.e., the mail that the USPS is supposed to be shipping), is taken OUT of the container and the individually scanned. Unfortunately, my actual PACKAGE has yet to be scanned. This means that either (a) this facility scanned the container and then did't even open it, failing to then scan my package; or (b) they opened the container but they, I don't know, discarded or misplaced my package, and failed to scan it. Either way, my package is just sitting around in this black hole of a sorting facility, without any meaningful method of retrieval. If you're in a similar position and want to call, go ahead, but you'll be asked to leave a message. Judging from these reviews and my experience, your message will be one of untold hundreds, perhaps thousands, of such messages. If you've read this far, you're in a similar predicament as I am. Take heart, soldier, and persevere. Hopefully whatever you're waiting for isn't that important. Because clearly USPS doesn't think it is.
