Horrible experience they always lose my mail and parcels. When you ask them what you can do or if they can check to see if they have in the back they won't give you the time of day they just give you number for internal affairs.

I went to this location today and I have to say I was really horrified by the service I was seeing. An elderly gentleman came in to drop of mail to send out. He asked politely where he needed to put it and the clerk responded "its right there, can't you see I am doing something?" I could not believe what I saw. It was utterly disgusted I walked out. I will never go back there. USPS...shame on your staff and your choice of employees. This reflects very poorly on YOU.

Worst post office ever. Rude employees especially my black people. Absolutely zero customer service . This is federal building and they should set good example to the community they are serving but they think they own the place. My passport was damaged on arrival. Envelope was ran over and employee was in denied instead trying to help. The mail was priority 2 days delivery. It was there in post office for 2 more days before I could get it. What's the purpose of 2 days priority. Bad bad service

POOR SERVICE!!!!!!! Last SAT.(DEC,09), I received a notice from USPS, and then I came to the USPS office to pick up my package on MON. (DEC,11), but the staff said they couldn't find my package and let me wait their call. I came to the USPS Office again TUE (DEC, 12), and they still told me they couldn't find it and let me wait again. But this morning (DEC.14), I received alert from USPS, it just said the package would be sent back to sender. It's really ridiculous. So I went to the USPS and asked them, they just said " we are so sorry for that", and let me to contact with my sender.

Held my mailbox keys hostage for months, demanding my apartment complex give them a dedicated parking spot. Packages are always late or frequently lost. Very rude staff.
