I got a package supposed delivered to me on 01/02/2018 but it was delivered after our office closed at 6:00 pm package delivered at 6:22 pm. The next day I have multiple attempts to call the local postal office but the phone kept on busy signal. I call the 800 number after an hour of waiting. I faxed the notes and spoke to the office one of the rep at the central office about the package redelivery. Instruing her the location and everything but still did not receive the package. I could not contact the local office by phone, I think they just don’t pick up phone over the local office or have it not connected. I got really frustrated with this sh....t pardon my Language.

Employees do not care about customer service. They are not polite, do not greet, and have no personality. They act haughty and have private conversations in front of customers. I despise having to come here even though it is less than 2 miles from my home.

They changed the lock on my neighborhood box, now I can't get my mail and my drug addict neighbors have access to mine. Don't answer phones, employees are rude and can't answer questions. Called the 800 number only to get the same rude treatment and told to call my local office and was HUNG UP ON! After a 45 minute hold.

My regular mail carrier is great, I always get my packages but, each time someone fills in for him, my packages are placed in the wrong mailbox or I just dnt get the package at all. When you try calling the office the phone is ALWAYS busy. It would be easy to get to the bottom of a missing package , if you could speak with the mail carrier or their supervisor.

They returned my mail to sendet for no apparent reason. When the mail was resent February 23rd, I'm still waiting and every time I call the automated machine puts me on hold for a hour or more. Amazing. I know a lot of people that would be happy to get the job if they need help. This is just ridiculous.
