I have worked for the USPS. I am in the delivery area of this p.o., and they have gotten better about packages routinely left on the streetside steps since I left a message on the door asking not to. The alley and door slot are my preference, so you might want to make a polite sign to yours.

This review is for the counter experience, not mail pick up or delivery issues. I went to this office on weekday morning around 10am, the lady at the front desk was most helpful, courteous and efficient! I was in and out within 5min and sent 3 packages. Though - they only had 1 person at the front desk so it could be slow if there’s a line. There’s no self service machine so you’d have to wait in line.

No one answers the phone, so don't try. If you check your tracking number, it might say "notice left," but in my experience that's only true one out of nine times. They have NEVER fulfilled a package pickup request (I run a business from my home, but lack a car). They have (thus far) taken 10 days (and counting!) to deliver a Priority 2-Day package. I've scheduled four separate redelivery requests for two packages, which still haven't shown up. I had an administrator from a DIFFERENT ZONE call me to try and help, and still, nothing. This is, hands down, the worst post office I've ever dealt with, out of four states/nine delivery zones.

The absolute worst post office ever. None of them women have any get up and go. They take their time and then they only have 1 person on a Monday. What a waste of time. UPS from now on.

This post office has it's moments, helpful desk experiences, friendly carriers. However, they seem to be rather inefficient, disorganized, and understaffed. It took them three business days to deliver a package, but it did eventually arrive.
