Terrible terrible service. I sat on hold for an hour--60 minutes of my day--waiting to ask someone one simple question. The only reason I need to ask this question is because the terrible post office delivered my package to the university branch before the university branch opened in the morning, so they took my package back to this location and now I'll be amazed if the miracle of me getting it back occurs. I paid for Amazon prime to get my packages in 2 days and now it has been a whopping 11 days of frustration and being put on hold. This is not right. This is lousy and improper. Please reform the New Orleans postal services. You need a revolution.

Never actually been to this location but delivery has always been quick and reliable and our postman is friendly.

The worst customer service. Trying to send a small box and forgot to tape top side. She refuse to tape it for me, "You can buy a roll of tape & tape it yourself!" So I went to UPS & they love to tape it up & send it. IDIOT!!!
