I HAVE A CONSTANT ISSUE WITH PACKAGES BEING DELIVERED. EACH TIME I HAVE A PACKAGE SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY, I GET A NOTICE STATING THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO ACCESS LOCATION. THE MAIL CARRIER WILL PASS BY THE HOUSE AND NEVER GET OUT TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES. I HAVE REPORTED THIS BRANCH AND THE CARRIERS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I HONESTLY WISH THE COMPANIES I ORDERED FROM DID NOT USE USPS BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL NEVER BE RESOLVED. I HAVE WAITED OUTSIDE FOR THE MAIL CARRIERS TO PASS ON THE DAYS IT SAYS MY PACKAGES ARE OUT FOR DELIVERY ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE PACKAGES.

This place never answers their phones or are always busy. I never recieve my mail. Have not recieved mail that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Never gives a refund. Postal service is garbage.

I’ve called the post office for 2 hours and not once did they pick up. They are very unprofessional and rude!!

I haven't recieved my mail in a week. I've literally been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone. The local number is busy since 6:30 this morning. They need to hire someone just to take phone issues. When my carrier do show up he's very nice. When others have the route their on the phone and deliver other people's mail to me. STICK TO CARRIERS WHO PAY ATTENTION! I'm still holding and waiting for my mail. I thought the mail carrier supposed to pass in any type of weather, rain,sleet or snow, The sun been shining I guess I'll get my mail at least once this week.

The staff was friendly. My package was misplaced and the personnel supervisor of 70119 was pleasant and efficient in assisting me with its proper delivery
