I mail a lottery ticket to the lottery office for just a five dollar refund because the ticket were only torn could not cash. The ENVELOPE were torn open when the post office deliver the funds back to me . Some one at the post office open my letter to see what the lottery sent. I letting every one know this so you all know people can't be TRUSTED.

What kind of a postal service place cannot provide tape for a small 5x10 box?! Literally just needed it for the top opening. HOW are you guys still allowed to do business?! Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!
