The West End Post Office location has the worst customer service any mailing location could offer. Ms. Lovell and her supervisor included, to name a few, they are inconsiderate when it comes to handling packages, they are careless and inconsiderate to keeping their word. They close early and when customers arrive minutes prior to closing, they have doors locked and say that we have arrived late. This place is unprofessional and the supervisor is also to blame, she's just as lazy as her employees. They don't deliver mail according to it's arrival. Whenever someone different is delivering the packages, they'll not even bother to knock on doors if the packages are bigger than usual instead they'll leave it at the door or automatically leave a slip stating you can pick up the package at the post office and there will not be a second delivery attempt

No matter what time of day you go there's always a line because there's rarely more than one person working at the counter, despite there being 5 work stations. Try another location if you need faster assistance.

Please explain to me how you couldn’t deliver a small package, when 1) we have additional boxes for larger packages and 2) packages can be left in front of apartment doors, like they normally are.

Also, please explain how a overnight package, takes 4 days to be delivered.

This post office is a joke. I have never had such shoddy delivery in my life. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the tracking showed they didn't even "try" till 10:30 last night and then they claimed they couldn't access my house. It's a house. With nothing blocking access to the door or the mailbox. The carriers need to do their jobs or be replaced.

This post office is poorly managed. The manager has too much work so she has no time to speak with paying customers. Apparently she can take the paycheck but cannot multitask! I put in 2 change of addresses in October and November 2017. This post office has no clue where my mail is being forwarded or where its going. It was suggested that I go back to my previous address and see if the carriers are leaving it there? Seriously? I am in the middle of cancer treatment and donot have time to run back and forth to my previous address due to the lack of efficiency from the post office. I am in the process of preparing to file a complaint with the US Postal Service regarding the service at this particular post office branch and due to the fact that my mail is lost and not being forwarded.
