My goodness no wonder the USPS get such horrible ratings. My driver left a notice that I had a package that required a signature, since i work during the day, i signed the notice and put a specific date to re-deliver. 9 days after that date the package still has not been delivered. I contacted the toll free number and was on hold over an hour and twenty minutes where a snotty customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do and i needed to call the branch. Called and someone told me that she would leave the package on the carriers desk, but that someone would need to be avail to sign for the item. I explained again that I had already signed the first notice left and the lady that answered the phone told me it probably had been thrown away and suggested I come in and pick the item up. I refused and explained again, I had already signed the notice and the item needed to be re-delivered. She then says, well she'll have to leave another notice for you to sign and then once you sign that one we can re-deliver. America, this is your post office under the leadership of Trump. Vote better in 2020

I have never seen an entry with such chronic and historic deficiencies in providing basic customer service. They have been allowed to provide not just poor but grossly bad service for years. When is someone going to do something about this place????

I’d give negative stars if I could. They attempted to deliver my package ONCE. Left the incorrect notice on my door stating I couldn’t pick it up until Saturday. I get to the office as they are closing up and the lady refuses to even acknowledge me for the first few minutes. Then says sorry we closed.... now I have to wait until Monday and arrive to work late to go try and pick my package up. What happened to making two attempts of delivery before the package is held? Unbelievable.

The absolute worse in customer service, couriers who pick up from this location bang on your door then run.... I called at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. They told me they don't open up until 8:30. I called back at 8:30, then they told me they don't open up until 9. Then I called at 9, and they told me that they STILL couldn't talk to me about my package until 9:30. They will hire bums like that, but won't give me a job, somebody who has the necessary and applicable experience. I hate this post office!

The post office always have one person at the service desk and the lines are always long.. I just think because its on the sw side the Post Master does not care. I have went to other post offices such as in midtown or Howell Mill and they are always staffed. People will complain in the line but they are older people who probably don't have access to computers or don't know how to complain to get change. If it was in another area it would have better service.
