Called to ask if they could hold a package for me as I have to go out of town on an emergency. I was told bluntly no and "there's 500 packages, you want me to go threw all of them to find yours?"
It was simple question. Don't see why she had to be so rude.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a package that took 19 days to get from the office to my door. When it finally attempted to arrive, they couldn’t “find my address”. The next day, I wasn’t there to sign and they left no note telling me this. I had to call myself and find out what was going on. I scheduled to pick it up myself and when I went to the staff was unbelievably rude and incompetent. They refused to give me my package unless I went and grabbed mail from home saying it was the address-apparently confirmation codes mean nothing? The supervisor would not even come talk to me. I knew oak park mail service was terrible already but wow

I love that this post office is open until 6pm!The others closer to my house close at 4:30pm! On the several occasions I've had to drive out of my way to go to this post office, the staff have been very kind and quick. The building is clean and is in a safe location. It makes the drive worth it!

This location has been holding my package for about a week Received a text notification it was being delivered three days early then anothet text saying it was being held at the post office per my request. Which I did not request. Called and was suppose to be redelivered the next day. Got a text saying will be delivered the next day. The next day came and I got anothet text saying it was being delivered on the original scheduled date. On the original scheduled date i check online and it says it was delivered already... At home and nobody has delivered anything, still have not gotten my package.

I had the hardest time finding the location! The sign is INCREDIBLY SMALL, the clerk WASN'T the friendliest, but none of the clerks are that work in ANY of the postal offices that I have been to. The facility was clean which was one good thing, the place could DEFINITELY use an overhaul on investing in a better sign or signs, and some customer service training for the clerk. And adding another clerk wouldn't be a bad idea either! Kudos on keeping it clean though!
