I've been waiting on 4 packages for over a week now. Packages that were supposed to be delivered in 2 days by the way. Friday I called the location and someone told me that my packages were out for delivery. I didn't get anything but assumed that they didn't get delivered because of the bad weather, and of course the city of Detroit hasn't cleaned the streets yet. I called today, Monday to just schedule a pick up and was told that my packages had not even made it to them yet. Along with the stress of waiting for my four important packages and being lied to, the ladies both were very rude. Anytime I order online, I'll make sure that they use FedEx instead. I've never had an issue with them.

I put the wrong address on a package. The shipper put me off, UPS put me off. I called all around and finally got a hero named Jarvis and another named Jackson. I had purchased some items for a trip and was leaving in 3 days. These two listened to me, empathized with my situation, and took good care of me. I went in to the post office and there it was! I rarely write reviews but I could not help but tell this story. If you are reading this and have ability to give Jarvis and Jackson a raise, I would double it. Thanks you so much Jarvis and Jackson. You restored my faith in humanity!

There's Never enough cashiers at the Window! Even at Christmas time i stood in line for 30min. Even the Secretary of state office is faster.

Consistantly some of the WORST service you could ever have to deal with.  My packagese continue to get dropped off at the wrong address time and time again. I'm incredibly frustrated with it. And when I follow up on these errors, the staff always have such bad attitudes. It's pathetic.

When you don't get mail for FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT in this neighborhood something is TOTALLY wrong. Hire new mail personnel. NOW.
