Always long lines no matter when you go. Or at least when I go. I had about 15 pre-paid labeled packages to ship. Shortly after arriving a woman comes out that works there asking if anyone was picking up mail or had a prepaid package to ship?! Was I happy to hear her say that. So we walk over to a small window and she takes them and asks if I have more? I said yes I do. I get to my car and start grabbing more boxes ..She comes out from behind me.. with a hand truck! So I can load up and bring to her for my convenience. That was so thoughtful of her. She saved me a ton of trips having to lug all those boxes back and fourth. Thank you for all your help!! Btw..they do have a portable scanner that will print a receipt for you.

More people line up for the automated machine than the counter with actual people because the customer service is notoriously awful - and has been for decades. Other local post office employees in the area laugh when I tell them I try to go to this location. The people who’ve worked here for years have an awful reputation.

I'd give this a zero if I could. How the H&&& do you reach a person. This has to be the worst automated system in the world. In fact I know it is. No wonder everyone emails and texts.

If it's not long lines it's an issue with their internet. Post office needs an overhaul, process training and some people skills. Avoid if possible.
