Best possible post office. These people are professionals who have been entrusted with the safety of our mail and they far exceed simple mail delivery with their compassionate head nods and mono syllabic affirmations. In fact I have a package due bet it's here tomorrow. Thanks again postal service.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: The carriers are stealing packages, marking them as delivered, not delivering them, but instead keeping them for their own pleasures. I have surveillance cameras which proves that the carrier didn't deliver my 45lb grill that I ordered from Amazon but yet the manager Mr. Hightower still tried to convince me that a neighbor stole my package. NO Mr. Hightower, your carrier stole my package and is getting away with it!! I will be contacting the inspector general and reporting this crime. Hopefully I can spare another hard working Hazel Park resident from experiencing this!

Once I dropped Christmas cards in the outside box without the stamps, the clerk had an available clerk go out and retrieve them, no problem, didn't bother to tell me how stupid it was. I have several more examples of service above expectations. I love our post office!

Sarcastic rude customer service experience at this post office location. It's worth the trip to travel to another post office rather than deal with the disrespect here. I don't even want to go back to Hazel Park after this.

They are seriously the worst. I've never met anyone who cared less about their job. Also there is one lady who works here who talks so much, asking you 100 questions about your personal life, chatting away with a full line and not typing at all. DO NOT COME HERE
