I have now had 5 invoices which I have not received. I am diligent about paying my bills and this is very disturbing to me. I tried to call the P.O. and what a nightmare trying to get the right person. COMPUTER RECORDING!!! Never gave me what I need - the manager. Finally chose technical support just to get a human being. They are busy (SURPRISE) and will call me back within 1 hour and 10 minutes. WHAT A JOKE. This is our UNITED STATES government at work?

Mailed an envelope from the big blue mailbox out front of the post office almost a month ago to be mailed to Georgia and it still hasn't arrived in the mail at the intended mailing destination. I can get no information by calling and I guarantee you I will be wasting my time going in to ask someone .. I guess it's a total loss? This is why people don't use the USPS anymore If they have a choice. ..here's an update 4/24/18 letter never got returned to sender and never made it to Georgia. Mailed on 3/03/18

DO NOT CLICK AND SHIP AND DROP OFF HERE or drop off packages at all! 1-We use Click and Ship online to save time but if you drop it off here(in mail-drop or set it on the counter 2-feet from them) the staff refuses to scan the boxes info tracking. The staff claims it’s the regional depot's job and not theirs to scan in dropped off. Your Priority Mail or Express Mail Click and Ship will be sent regular mail and untracked every time unless you wait in line(which totally defeats Click and Ship’s purported convenience). Also if you ship close, say Orlando via Priority Mail(1-day) and even drop it off in the morning at this location it will not go out until 6:30-7 pm and take 2-3 days FROM THIS LOCATION ONLY. Never has it made it in one day from here. The Boynton location(6400 W. Boynton Bch Blvd)EVERY TIME(1-day), they also scan dropped off packages using Click and Ship. I asked them if 33436 location was suppose to scan packages and the lady chuckled lightly and said Yes, they are suppose to. I am going to write Washington, local Congress and Senator this week about this location for the second time(before it was the passport office refusing to answer the phone calling 2-3 times a week for a month and finally having to drive downtown before they got in touch with me). They changed it to online booking because of this problem I was told by the representative that called us. 2-DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGES AT ALL HERE. We have shipped thousands of packages in the decades of mailing and ONLY one package was mishandled but eventually made it to its location(using other locations). We have lost two Priority Mail packages a year consistently using the post office and they never make it to the location and mysteriously vanish off the earth. No tracking(dropped off of course) and never made it and never returned.

Terrible customer service! RUDE and in a hurry to get you done. Last visit I was short-changed when paying for extra postage on card; clerk yelled for "next in line" while I was still standing there waiting for my change; I told her "don't you owe me change" and she growls "oh yeah" and drops it rudely in my hand while looking away. Been going to this post office that is just minutes from my house for 3 years and THANK GOD I am moving out of the area this month!

Hours: Until 3pm on Saturday. Real life: "Close Saturday" The least someone could do is update to reflect correct information so those who have medication, important documents, or other time-sensitive materials can know better and use a private carrier instead of this inadequate service. Thumbs down. Not cool, USPS.
