In the past I have been to multiple Post Offices in my area. This location is by far THE BEST. One employee in particular, Brian, always makes my visits as quick and painless as possible. He is very helpful, efficient, and always has a positive attitude with the customers. Today I was helped by Anthony, who was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient as well. I think it’s important to let people know when they are doing a good job. I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location due to the positive experiences I have there.

Workers at this post office do best to keep lines small. There are three windows and I know many times the lines are long. I give them credit because they're still nice to deal with.

Some are good but most seem to lack basic customer service skills such as a friendly greeting, speaking so you can understand them and spelling. They deal with a predominantly old and Northeast resident clientele who are often times difficult. The Post Office on Boynton Beach Blvd near Congress is a better facility with respect to the service and staff.
