Limited hours but customer service is very good. One of the employees even gave what looked to be an underprivileged man a bottle of water when he came in stating how thirsty he was. I was very touched.

The hours are horrible! It's as if no one has to work but them... How do they expect someone to be able to pick up their mail when they close from 1-2 and 4pm??!! You'll have to alter your work schedule in order to get your mail even if you work a regular 9-5!!!

This location needs to be shut down. The staff are so ignorant and combative it's disgusting. I do my best to avoid any and all interaction with the USPS (e.g. electronic mail, deliveries through FedEx and UPS). Its gotten so bad that I ask companies how they deliver before placing my order. If they mention USPS- I won't place the order. It's no wonder USPS is struggling to remain relevant. I refuse to spend a dime with these people. I'd take my tax dollars out of this dump if I could too.

No one ever answers the phone, and the carriers don't deliver packages, they just say they attempted and left a notice. They don't do either of those things. If I could give zero stars, I would.
