I tried calling this post office. The phone was busy, which is really odd in a modern world. I kept trying back. Form 8 AM to 11:00 AM the phone continued to be busy. After that, I just gave up in disgust. How can a utility just keep their phone off the hook for over 2 hours and not even have a backup line? This is a sad excuse for a semi-government operation. I have dealt with many government agencies (who are often incompetent), and they are more professional than this office.

At first my experience here was horrendous because of some girl named "Angel" who seemed to have an attitude problem - she implied how USPS is some sort of "infallible carrier" when I asked for her help in locating my lost package. Thankfully when I called back, a man named "Ben" answered the phone. He was very straightforward and he immediately started working on my case unlike Angel. He quickly figured out the problem, and within an hour or so I got call back as promised and the problem was resolved. If you ever have a problem with your package that involves this location, be sure to ask for Ben. He's the reason why I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Angel's attitude definitely gets them deducted 1 star, but nobody is perfect and all is forgiven. -Christopher

And they just have there phone off the hook.. what good is a number if the leave the phone off the hook every Damn day!! i cant arrange to pick up my package that they cant seem to figure out were it is...its traveled all over orange county and i should of had it 8 days ago!! very displeased

Although it gets busy here during peak periods the customer service here is professional. The staff is courteous, kind and driven to help all customers as efficiently as possible.

A Bunch of bureaucratic, socialists, losers! I came to ask them to date-stamp my envelop of property tax payment. After standing in line for 10 minutes, I got to the clerk who said "we don't stamp envelops here." My tax money paid these guys. I should have said: "They should be fired".
