This facility deserves a 5-star. I visit this station 3 or 4 times a week. The staff is always very efficient and very friendly.

Wow let me just say the customer service was the worst!!!!!! But I can also add that it's only one lady in particular which if you do decide to go here you will be able to pick her out in a heartbeat because she is just salty as "beep"! And it's not fair to the rest of the staff who are honestly very courteous and efficient! I'm not gunna point out the lady that was rude but I will give praise to the lady that went out of her way to help me! I didnt catch her name but she's the younger Asian lady and she's the best! Even after the one lady basically tried to shove me out the door because she didn't want to wait the 2 minutes it takes to fill out a label, she called her out on it and then proceeded to fulfill my overnight package that I had to have out! Thank you so much for that and I'm sorry that you have to deal with a coworker like that on a daily basis! I would give this place 5 stars but that one salty lady killed it!

Usually not having good experience with USPS, especially in Los Angeles and Garden Grove. Well I think Yorba Linda residents are so great! Here's staffs are so kind!! Awesome!

Very VERY poor customer service. The older woman Debbie who is there everyday makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to her on the daily and she is completely rude. She complained to me that she didn't want to count my change and refused to count it. Outrageous

Awful customer service. I've had several bad experiences with their rude workers but continued to return for the convenience of the location to my house. But this was The last straw.. The woman "helping" me, absolutely refused to ship my box because it had duct tape on it. Never had a problem sending packages this way any other time, and I ship often. But to refuse someone? Outrageous. Needless to say, I won't be back.
