Went to apply for a passport. Very busy post office, I would not recommend going there for a passport, I felt very rushed the entire time despite waiting for help. I would recommend going to The city hall /clerk for processing instead. Wish I did, would have been much smoother.

BAD BAD BAD...I am never mailing anything via USPS... We mailed employee payck via priority mail and it says delivered when we tracked the package but dont know where was it delivered as my employees never got it. Tried calling the postoffice and after 10 minutes of different option, I was on hold for 1 hr and than they disconnected me. Now I have to go to the post office to figure out where was this package delivered ...

The long line was taken care of smoothly and efficiently. The staff appears professional, and they were quite helpful and informative. And the facility is clean. When a USPS delivers on all of those things, I can only fairly give five stars.

The formally official post office of Disneyland. In the wayback your post mark would read "Disneyland USA," but only if deposited from a Disneyland mailbox. Used to know a couple of the old timers but I would imagine they are all retired now. The new-ish staff work like most postal workers: assembly line utilitarian. That is fine but you really hope that the package you are sending to Dear Aunt Maggie is treated with enough care that something survives the journey. Hard to find confidence when the postal worker has a glint in her eye that says, "Dear Aunt Maggie is getting an envelope full of ashes." Generally a good post office though. I have never had any problems at this location.
