By far the worse customer service ever. I went in for a passport they told come between 830-9 or you won't get helped. I get there at 8:30AM just to find a line of people already lined up. We all waited until 9AM until they finally opened although sign said doors open at 8:30AM. We got our # just like everybody else. They told us the lady would be taking people in one at a time after 9:45AM. Again be there for your number or you won't get helped. We were #4, but we decided to waited out since we were there already. Come around 10AM & they called in #1. We waited patiently after #3 we noticed a long pause. No one was coming in or out. So we waited & waited. About 30 minutes later we finally decided to ask if anyone was going to help us. They said yes she's on her lunch break. She'll be back in 15 minutes. We all looked at each other like how come no one told us anything. So we continued to wait finally our number gets called at 12:30PM. We got helped for what took 15 minutes. We couldn't believe how easy & quick it was, but how horrible they were with being punctual & notifying customers what's going on. Never again will I go there for any business. I rather drive to the next post office & hopefully not have to experience something like this ever again.

Amazing customer service from 2,300 miles away! I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped me today. I sent an Ebay package to CA all the way from MI. There was an issue & the given address was undeliverable. Tracking status said it was being sent back to me. I found the post office location of the package & called them. The woman found it in the system & put me on hold. When she returned to the phone call she was out of breath from running to retrieve the package for me because it was on the truck & almost departed. She secured the package AND had it sent to the nearest post office to the buyer. WOW! She saved myself and my buyer time & money. Thank You!!!

Ever since I have changed my address from Berkeley 94702 to 94621, my mail has been getting lost and on occasion returned to sender. They leave delivery notices and then the packages are lost at the Airport Station. Sometimes items are marked as delivered although they are not. Supervisors don't seem to care about resolving issues of mail service. They fail to follow up about lost packages. I just finished writing to the Postmaster General in D.C. I actually wonder if they are directed to be incompetent or are they just plain stupid? This seems to be part of Trump's scheme to deconstruct America's government agencies for the purpose of privatization.

This post office is the worst I've ever been to in my life. I have lived in the Bay Area for 40 years and have never experienced such poor customer service. They're closed when they say they're open. The staff act like they're doing you a favor by serving you. Don't try picking up packages on a Saturday. They say they're open but they're not.
