The carriers never do anything on time. Things are marked for 'our for delivery' FOR DAYS. Carriers have such high turn over you don't even have a mailman you know. Constant lies when packages are "out for delivery" or "couldn't reach", when the doors had been unlocked and the mailman had left other mail. They don't answer the phone and the national line is a 2 hour wait most days. You cant get anyone who works behind the glass there to care or to do anything for you. You're better off releasing your mail into the wild and hoping it finds its way itself.

Horrible. They will answer the phone and hang up and then not answer at all. They have been holding my package for over 10 days and did not leave a package slip, so I am unable to pick it up and they will not answer the phone.

Staff can make or break this place..................I never leave reviews, but for once my experience was super pleasant so i thought, sure why not. My package got lost in the mail so I called the post office at location 94605. The girl working that morning (3/14/17, very soft spoken girl) was BEYOND HELPFUL!!!! She is bar none the most professional and well spoken person I have spoken to there, and it is people like her that keep this office from falling to shambles. Seriously, give this chick a raise, she keeps customers from cringing when we call the post office, considering most employees sound ghetto and rude. Not her.

I enjoy the service at this post office. My mail typically takes longer to get to me because my house is a bit out of the way, on the other side of the large hill, but the mailman is very nice and remembers all of my family and out names. The post office itself is slow, but that's due to understaffing and not at fault of the employees themselves. Overall it's just a post office, but the mailman is awesome and I hope he does well in life!

Waiting on a package and the tracking says it was delivered in/at mailbox (which is a lie as its to big to fit in my mail slot) no one knocked at the door to deliver anything. One time a mail person come knocked on the door and I said who is it and just a minute, the hollered package dropped it on the stoop and kept going. By the time I got to the door she was on the other side of the street. I'm disabled and couldn't catch up with her. Now this someone go answer for this or refund my money. They deliver mail all into the middle of the night. Dang shame. I'm go report this to the head of usps.
