Last two times I ordered new insurance cards they were in mail wet. TIRED OF WET MAIL! Tried to call 17 to 20 minute wait! I will just print from online but I am tired of wet mail... Can barely read important information. In 2017 Post office hasn't figured out how to protect mail?

Normally have an okay time stopping at this post office, but that is dependent on who is working. There have been several times where instructions given to me were inconsistent when sending out particular types of mail. Recently encountered an extremely rude staff member who Instead of helping me fix something on my mail, she chose to act aggressively and preferred to belittle me and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers because I didn't know something (or in this instance was given the wrong instructions by her very own coworkers). People that act like this should not be working in any sort of customer service.

Such a bad post office, I avoid it all costs, not to mention my mail doesn't even come until almost 5:30-6:00 each day with the mailman making two trips to my box and multiple times a week I don't even get any mail at all. It's either I get a bunch of mail or none at all, never a solid amount each day. I had a problem with a package that had a tracking number and got lost and they couldn't find it or do anything for me, absolute trash.

The service there is outstanding....Gwen @ usps helped me locate a lost package (gift) and get it delivered correctly....THANK YOU!!
