It was at Woodson post office in the city of overland( Mo 63114). Darlene is an amazing and carry agent that I haven't met so far at the post office. She welcomed and helped me with the service that I needed it on that day. She has a strong customer service, and she's professional. She was doing her job with smile.

Worst post office and carriers EVER....not even worth a star...They do not care about customer service.  I sell through ebay and for the past 2 years have 2-6 package pickups a week.  I schedule all pickups online. Our carrier has TWO jobs,,,,deliver mail and pickup mail.....He only does one.....he never picks up my packages...I constantly have to call them to make them do their jobs.  I've complained to the branch managers at least 6 times in the last 6 months and THEY DO NOTHING.....Maybe if our carrier wasn't on his phone every time he delivers our mail he could pay more attention to his job.  I always buy 2-day Priority mail and if they don't pick up my package I lose at least a day and sometime 2 or 3 if it was suppose to be a Sat. pickup....so I guess they will be refunding me my postage right????? They don't care about customer service because they know we can't do anything about it.....who can we complain too?

Delivered package to wrong house and lied about it. I contacted them after my tracking number showed my package was delivered but I hadn't recieved anything. They told me they would look into it and would call me back. They never did so I called them the next day and they said it was delivered to a house that doesn't even fit the description of my home. When I confronted them about it, they changed their story. Luckily the neighbor across the street from me who they delivered the package to was nice enough to return it.

Update: Just had a package SUPPOSEDLY delivered to my house this morning after checking my tracking number. No sign of it so I contacted this office and this guy was rude off the bat when I explained the tracking showed it was delivered a few hours ago and that this has happened before in the past. Somehow or another, it was JUST dropped off now 10 mins after I had called them. 
I've never had any issues with other delivery companies such as FedEx. I don't know if it is just this local office, but I am definitely not a fan of USPS any longer and seriously would not recommend using this office to deliver anything unless you get insurance in case anything goes wrong.

Came here instead of fedex because of how close to my house it is. I needed help with getting stuff packaged to mailed and the guy helping me gave answers as if I was dragging them from him with hooks. Both people working the counter worked slow, but the guy helping me bordered on making things slower on purpose. Did not know I would need to buy tape to close my box that I was buying there, at fedex they prefer to do it themselves. So he waits until he has done everything to ask me if I was gping to tape it and when I asked how much I shpuld do he said it depended on how much I wanted it to get there.. while people were waiting and I was in the middle of the purchase. Could he not have brought that up before ringing me up so I could step to the side to take care of it instead of feeling rushed and being cussed at by people behind me.  Not helpful at all, sounded like a robot. Next time I will just drive the extra miles to use fedex.

This post office sucks, I dread having to go there(yesterday). Our main mail carrier is awsome though.
