Pathetic, old, grouchy male postal workers complaining about a parking spot being taken near the back entrance where a no parking sign was placed. Seriously! There is very little customer parking available at this post office right now due to the road construction that has closed more than half the spaces. Since myself and many others pay for a post office box it should be accessible to all paying customers. You would have thought someone died the way these two employees were going on about this one parking spot being used by a paying customer! If there was another way I could get around ever using the US Postal service for mail delivery I wouldn't think twice, but unfortunately that's not an option! If parking in your special space is that big of an issue for your special needs employees then maybe a gate should be installed. Otherwise get over yourselves and refocus to providing excellent customer service because if it was not for your customers you wouldn't have a freakin job in case you forgot that part!

I was visiting from out of town and needed to mail a package so I stopped by the Collinsville U.S. Post Office. I was assisted by a very sweet postal worker who helped me package up the shipment I had. She was very pleasant, efficient, and helped everyone who came in with a smile.
