We can help you with:

Mailbox Rental (physical and digital) - let us receive your mail for you, we can forward it, scan it & destroy or you can collect it 24 hours a day

Shipping Services - we send your letters, parcels locally, nationally and internationally. We are authorized by DHL, FedEx and United States Postal Service. We can send overnight important documents to London, or help you avoid those pesky airline charges by boxing up your clothes and forwarding to your destination.

Notary Services - We notarize those important documents for you.

Confidential Waste Destruction - let us shred those papers you don't need anymore securely.

Faxing - we send and receive on your behalf.

Printing - Everything from just black and white/colour copies to business cards, t-shirts, just about anything.

US Shopping - You can now buy easily from any US store using our address as your very own US street address.

Business plans - We assist you with establishing a business plan for E-2 Visa applications or other purposes

German translations - We assist you with translating your documents from German to English and vice versa.

I have never actually been inside, but they offer free faxing, and car battery jump staring, for people in need. My kind of people.

I have used a private mailbox at this location since moving to Las Vegas in 2001. The present management is the best yet. I receive an automated text message as soon as I have mail in my box or a package from any carrier is received. My mail is available to me 24/7/365 and I really like that. The protection of having a mailing address that is different from the address where I live is more important than ever since I often use a valet parking service. Now, if a valet looks in my glove box for a home address on my insurance or registration, all they find is my mailbox address. Much safer! I highly recommend Alpha Mailbox and its staff. They are friendly and always helpful.

So disgusted with this store. The lady who works in front (Christina)has a very bad attitude. I liked the lady before her... It never ceases to amaze me how people only have a problem when something directly happens to them. There were Black customers being harassed in the store by a racist and instead of addressing the situation she brushed it off. It was brought to her attention and also the Manager's attention. She was in the store as it happened but the excuse was that she was so busy she didn't hear the racist remarks...so it wasn't her problem to address. She's a Black woman herself yet she didn't seem to understand or believe why the customers were upset about the her lack of response to stop the racist, disparaging comments the man made in the store about Black people. The Manager made up excuse after excuse for her lack of action and deflected the situation onto the customers getting upset. I believe she just wanted to ignore the situation and only became upset when the other customers were upset by her lack of action. I myself was shushed, told to be quiet and to go stand on the other side of the room because I asked her what happened. I was treated rudely when I asked about the situation without yelling or becoming upset. I told them that was uncalled for. I had to speak with him outside as to not upset his apathetic, careless employee and became dehydrated in the heat talking to him and explaining why the handling of the situation disappointed me as a customer of many years. After speaking with the Manager it didn't really matter in the end. Just a waste of energy. Both of them are in denial about the poorly handled situation. Christina's rude, defensive, nonchalant attitude about the situation was disgusting. The Manager had no problem with it. He's an enabler with a poorly trained employee. The situation could have easily been diffused by telling the man to be quiet or leave just like the Manager said to me when I was simply trying to find out what happened. If you fail to address customers being racially harassed and disparaged in your store don't be surprised when people get upset by your lack of care and you loose business. No one should disrespect anyone in the store and that includes you and your employee. It's a two way street. After over 8 years of going to this store I know to take my business elsewhere. Just like you expect to be respected so do your customers. * Even though the manager was also not present he'd rather believe all the customers who were harassed were imaging things, lying and were upset for no reason at all. Just bullying your employee because she was so lovely and nice and caring towards them. He doesn't care about customers being harassed in his store, only if it's staff. Christina has a terrible attitude. I seen that personally first hand and I was told to be quiet and talked to like trash by the manager for asking her what happened. When I asked her what happened I wasn't loud or rude. She can be very dismissive, snarky and rude and I see why she feels alright about ignoring customers, being rude and not handling situations in her store. Because her Manager allows it. This will go over his head I'm sure but if you ever have a problem at this store for any reason just find another location. Who wants to try to explain customer service to people who make excuses for there lack there of.

Really nice to do business with. I'm always in a rush but they always get me in and out quickly. Big parking lot and always a spot within feet of their door. Dominic and Vanessa are really helpful too.
