Rudest lady ever works the front counter, she has zero people skills and should not be in contact with other humans. I watched her belittle the two people that were in line in front of me, and then she was also rude to me. The tone in her voice to the way she belittles ever single customer is appalling, she deserves to be fired. Do yourself a favor and don't walk in this s$!%hole of an establishment that we as tax payers pay for.

This place is the worst. The line is always huge (I wonder if that's why they are always in a bad mood) and they have very few employees actually helping customers. Plan on 20+ minutes during the busy times of the day.

If I could give this place negative ratings I would. This place is awful! The apathy these pieces of sh!$ have for their job is disgusting. I guess because it is government run they don’t feel like they answer to anybody? This place is seriously disgusting.

The mail carrier who delivers mail to my apartment had the nerve to take a permanent marker, write on 3 pieces of my mail telling me I need to move out of my apartment! I called to complain about this unexpected behavior and I was told sorry, we'll have to deal with this in the morning" in the mean time I'm just expecting my mail, packages etc. to be vandalized in the process. This is so upsetting.
