I have been on hold for 43 minutes now.  I just need the carrier to come and remove a package he left in my mailbox.  I live in an apartment and so I have a very small mailbox along with my neighbors.  The carrier could apparently get the package in (from the back) but I cannot get the package out due to a flap on my end of the box.   I just want to have someone tell the carrier to put the package in one of the lager "package" boxes and leave me a key so I can get it.   I called the 1-800 number and had to wait for a call back an hour later.  All they did was offer to send an email to my local office which will be answered in 2 to 3 days.  OMG!  This is ridiculous!!  So, now I am calling and this is becoming comical.

Staff is very helpful! We ship hundreds of order with this office every day and they are so awesome! Anytime we have a question or problem they are the best!

This particular post office is the absolute worse! I get my mail weeks if not over a month late most of the time. Murray High keeps getting the mail sent to me, returned to them claiming the address is invalid. They have the correct address. I do however, on a DAILY, received a tons of other people's mail. Former residents who havent lived here in at least a year.

I ship boxes internationally, all the same size.  Some Murray PO employees measure them and rejects them as too large.   It's hit and miss on who you get.  The boxes are well under the 108" calculated limit, but some Murray employees refuse to follow the US Post Office rules for size limits.  So I take them to another PO with no problems.  

In addition, they seem the slowest employees in the valley. Slow slow lines.  I recommend you go to a different P.O.

The person they call their "best mailman" it's everything but. Adds random names to our mailbox, keeps leaving mail for people who do not leave here even though we have stop at their offices to tell them there's nobody under that name here, delivers mail to the wrong apartments (we keep getting mail from others that are clearly mark with the correct address), drops mail at the reception desk instead of our mailbox for no apparent reason and does not leave the note on our box saying that something was left at reception, randomly decided our address does not exist and returns our mail to the senders.
