Can't be better than the Ponny Express. 1.5 to 3.0 hour expected hold on phone calls! Not possible to speak to a Clerk. Arranged a pick up and my package shipped to an unknown address. I provided a tracking number online and there was no record of of it whatsoever. HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF SO CALLED SERVICE!!!

I love this post office. They are kind, they listen, and are very attentive to my needs. I had to mail something out that was time sensitive and could only be signed by the recipient. They help me get everything set up and sent out. Thanks to the hard working employees and the understand of the importance of the letter. We got a response right away. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

I really enjoy the people who work here.  They are very kind over the phone and in person. The reason for only 4 stars is because it seems to be very hard to actually get ahold of someone inside the post office.

I am new to the sandy area and was given the wrong zip code. I have tried to call them for over a week and they never answer. I have submitted claims with no response.. really does not get us started off on the wrong foot, I have now been with out mail for several weeks. even their own customer service cant get a response or figure out what is going on..

I had a packaged delivered today while I was unavailable. It required a signature so I got a notice of a failed delivery. I was unable to read the writing on the package so I tried to call the store to get clarification. If you like listening to horribly slow automated voice teller service which is about as responsive as cattle prodding a dead sloth -- give them a call. There's no option for an operator, no option to get back, the introductory message is infuriatingly long (especially when you call back). They really should rework their phone systems and provide more legible hand-written notices.
