I ship boxes internationally, all the same size.  Some Murray PO employees measure them and rejects them as too large.   It's hit and miss on who you get.  The boxes are well under the 108" calculated limit, but some Murray employees refuse to follow the US Post Office rules for size limits.  So I take them to another PO with no problems.  

In addition, they seem the slowest employees in the valley. Slow slow lines.  I recommend you go to a different P.O.

I know I've been new to the Callaway Apartment Complex, but my experience with this post office regarding not having packages delivered to our address is inexcusable.  The only reason I got even one of them was because I walked in and it happened to be there before it would have been sent back to the shipper. At least leave it in the darn apartment office since they will accept it there! >:(

Really? The Hotel that I'm currently working at on the date of delivery is closed...? Hmm I guess I forget to give myself the memo... as I'm the manager I should probably know these things...

I'd actually prefer to give zero stars.  This is not the first time this happened, but this is getting ridiculous.  I was home all day yesterday.  I opened my front door to discover a mail slip saying there was a delivery attempt.  There was no knock at the door, no doorbell ring.  It simply was as if the postman had the slip pre-written and just dropped it in front of my door instead of my two packages.  When I went to the post office today to pick my packages up, I asked why this all happened.  The clerk stated, "when the postman is running behind schedule, they will do that".  What?!  Why is that my problem?  Do you job and deliver my mail.  I don't have time to go to the post office, that's why you deliver to me.  FedEx, ups, and all other delivery services so much better...not to mention faster than the grumpy and slow as snails usps.

The manager is yelling at my sister on the phone!! And is being mean to her he put her on hold and then answers it and aid are you done completing. This is not okay to treat you  customers like this
