The last time I wrote a review for this post office, it wasn’t pleasant and honestly it wasn’t uncalled for. For a while I stopped going there because my experiences have been so awful but I am rewriting a review because it is only fair. Lately the experiences I’ve had at this location have been not so bad, and at times-even pleasant. The one guy that I used to find rude and sarcastic actually came out from behind the desk to help me find the right size box, taped it up for me and stuck on the “fragile” stickers for me all after helping me find the cheaper way of sending my package. It really meant a lot to me so if you are reading- thank you.

I love this post office. They are always nice. Even when they are busy. Please be courteous to your postal workers they work hard

Someone needs to be held accountable for their mistakes. I'm missing a package from eBay that says was delivered to my house. After being transferred several times and given several phone numbers my package was found. I was told by a head person that they would personally deliver my package to my house. I never received my package yet. Parma postal office has extremely poor service, poor staff, and incompetent management. I want my package or a refund. Someone or people need to be fired there.
