They were regularly giving me the neighbor's mail until I literally wrote my house number onto the mailbox on my house.

Too many times I've noticed my tracking status updated to "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)" during times when I was awake and home, and no actual delivery attempt was made, no knock on the door, no notice left. Nobody actually intended to deliver my package. I've seen this same status update happen just minutes before I checked it when I had been home, awake for hours, and sitting right by the front door when this status update was made.

I can understand if a Japanese shipping label looks a bit confusing, but there's always a name and street address written in plain English on the label. There should never be an issue with trying to deliver these. I pay a lot of money to get these packages imported, and unfortunately I don't really have a choice of vendors here if the overseas post offices automatically defer my package to USPS. I don't want to drive to the post office to pick them up, and I don't want to be told if I don't pick them up they'll be sent on a VERY EXPENSIVE returned trip to sender.

To be fair I got an actual attempted delivery today. It woke me up, so I get out of bed, go to the front door, nobody is there but there's a mail truck in the street. I hear someone at the side door, so I go to the side door, and she's back in her truck. Leaving. With my package. Spry gal, but you know when I'm home I don't solely exist right next to my home's doors? There are other rooms in the house and the trips take you know, more than two seconds to get from them to the door..

This post office is run by Thief's the FBI should be called in on the rude  trash that work their I guess this is the new America run by rude nasty liberal idiots. they should fire every last moron that works in this toilet that pass's as a post office. also watch out some of the nasty postmen and women steal the mail.These scum suckers should be fired or in prison . stupidity lousy pigs faced idiots deliver the mail you lazy trolls.

Absolutely ridiculous! I'm waiting on a very expensive package, says it's been delivered, but there's nothing here! No note was left for me to pick it up or anything either! Which means the postman lost it, or delivered my package to the wrong address. Which isn't the first time my mail has ended up at the wrong address, or I received mail belonging to a different address. Come on people, how hard is it to look down and read the address?! Do you guys not test people that apply for mail carrier positions?! This is basic elementary school stuff, and you guys are failing! Absolutely pathetic! Get it together! So then I had to call customer service and talk to some woman who barely spoke English! Now I have a case number and I have to wait for it to be investigated! This is insane! This isn't McDonald's! You can't just mess up my order!

Pretty good as far as post offices go. Standard customer service nothing to brag about.

Probably the worst service anywhere. Government agencies should be held accountable for losing packages considering their entire job is to deliver them. Refused to help me and left me standing there for a full hour while they "looked for it". Why even bother paying for two day shipping when the last 5 packages I've ordered have been delayed or lost by these incompetent employees.
