Russian roulette mailing bills at the DRIVE THROUGH mailbox at the post office....had to pay late fees because payments not received. I mail stuff at the Garfield heights post office on Rock side road near K-mart.  See the problem with monopolies? No  desire to be better! WHY COMPETE TO DO BETTER? WHERE ELSE ARE THEY GONNA GO????

Second time I placed an order online that was supposed to be delivered a specific day. Come  to find out Macedonia post office had it for several days without delivering it.

Personally, service here used to be slow and awful. I have seen a change in the last year or so. The only complaint is that they are often staffed only with 1 person at front and management doesn't respond quickly when there is a back up.

Home delivery can be another story - have frequently gotten neighbor's mail and they ours.

I have had repeated issues with this location. Lost packages, poor customer service....completely dissatisfied!

Like the other review I'd give this a negative if I could. Got a package that was stuffed in the mail box that I had to crush the edges of the box to get it out. Plus the mail box door wouldn't shut because the size of the package so they left it open. Get out of the truck and put it on the front porch if it doesn't fit. Plus I had another package out for delivery the same day and didn't get it. I'm sure because the mailbox was full they just said forget it until the next day. I have had several issues with delivery and at the post office. Then again we are dealing with the government. Can't wait when the day comes that UPS of FedEx takes over the mail delivery.
