This was my first visit to Urban Barn. I bought a new condo and the furniture I have just doesn't fit or match. The Sales Associate I dealt with was informed and had a great sense of style which was a life saver for me. I was so impressed with the furniture, it's looking fabulous, I went back yesterday and bought a bedroom suite!

The customer service at urban barn is absolutely fantastic!!! I love how everyone is so helpful and always there to help you when needed. I love the displays, it makes it for easy shopping

I have been a customer for 6 years now. I love shopping at the Urban Barn Oakville. I have made many purchases like furniture and accessories, turned my home into a place I enjoy spending time in. The staff are always friendly and helpful, great customer service.

I recently purchased a couch from Urban Barn. the Customer Service I experienced was outstanding. No pressure to buy. Just genuine help on what I was looking for. And ideas in design. The couch was delivered and again great customer service!! I have I’ll definaltey shop here again!!!

I absolutely love Urban Barn and all their staff. I shop at the Burloak location frequently and every time I am there I am treated like part of their family. The staff always goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience as pleasant as possible. There is one Sales Associate Christina that is simply exceptional!! The products at Urban Barn are also gorgeous!!! They make my house a home. Thank you Urban Barn.
