I believe the lady is the owner/franchisee. She has a very bad attitude, she is rude in answering any inquiries. She simply says she is NOT UPS.  Don't franchisees represent the company to a certain degree?  It's good that she has staff who was kind enough to answer few questions. If I have a choice, I would not go there again.  There is another UPS drop store at Dorval Crossing (5 to 7 mins drive).

Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly. I had to take several packages somewhere else because they have no room, and had to listen to the owner complain that the package is too heavy. Not sure why they are in that type of business.

Nancy is always so helpful. I have been dealing with this store for years and yes they get busy, but they always pull through for you.

Terrible customer service. We were quoted 10 min ended up waiting 25-30 min to print 6 sheets of paper...You know how long it takes to measure boxes... If you know it's going to take 25 min don't quote 10.

Amazing! Nancy was amazing. I  was rushed for getting two documents binded  and she pulled through.  Staples failed miserably!
