Love Coast hot tubs! Truly made for our Canadian winters. We’ve had ours now for over 8 years, and (knock on wood) has worked flawlessly! Have had to replace a couple of knobs & head “pillows”, but nothing major. Always a pleasure dealing with the friendly Oakville staff. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will locate one for you at their larger Mississauga store, & have it delivered to Oakville store.

I recently bought house in the neighborhood with a pool and have no experience with pools. A few weeks later the water started going bit milky, so i searched google to find pool supplies store nearby and ended up in this store. Boy was it a pleasant surprise. Luc, the manager gave me a bottle to get some water from the pool, tested and told me the fix without trying to sell me anything. Amazing! 

Very friendly staff and no pressure and free water testing, cant beat that. Now this is my store for all things pool and defiantly recommending it to all.

We had a liner installed in 1998, so when it wore out, we went back again. Alex was still the boss, and he had Luc look after us. The 2 guys who installed the new liner worked all day like dogs in the hot sun. They spent more than the allotted time, and it now looks wonderful. all we need is hot sunny weather for a few weeks to enjoy it !

I go the Speers location for water testing once a week and the service is wonderful, They never try to sell me excess of what is needed. They often suggest to administer chemicals at a less rate then the test might indicate.
I recommend the store to all my friends,

The people who work there are super friendly from the second you walk in, to the second you walk out the door. They are always happy to help out and I have to say, its the best customer service i've ever received. They also have great prices and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know!
