This annex decided to not deliver an Amazon package on Sunday and blatantly lied to myself, three Amazon reps, and on their own tracking service. They said the package was undeliverable due to an incorrect address. They said this when asked by an Amazon rep, then said the package came in too late to be delivered. I made no less than three calls to Amazon as the USPS is near unreachable on Sunday. I did speak to a rep and she lied to me about the failed delivery reasoning. Both my wife and myself were home when they reported the package undeliverable due to incorrect address. I received it the next day and not only was the address completely correct, someone wrote “no access” on the package which was a blatant lie as our apartment’s secured access entry intercom system is in working condition and we were both home. This location should be purged of its delivery and annex staff as they are willing to lie rather than do the job they are paid to do.

Things may be improving. Years ago we had a lot of trouble with deliveries and service, but recently had a nice experience. We hope it continues.

This place has changed. I just had the best experience that I've had in years at this location I came in with an intercept problem and before I even finished explaining the teller knew exactly what my problem was and had it fixed in less than five minutes. She was very nice and polite and efficient. I'm very impressed at how this place how turned around in the last year. Amazing.

We had a notice left in our mail box that they were unable to deliver. Of course, they never tried to deliver to this address. Easiest way to go was to leave a notice. The ADDRESS on the notice is INCORRECT! Shows NE instead of NW. The phone number is a fax line! I called the 1-800 number and got a 40-50 minute wait. INSANE!! The Postal Service is run by IDIOTS. PLUS we live in WDM - Dallas County. Why is CLIVE PO handling our mail?????

Package was supposed to be here today by 8 oclock pm and still not here and usps is closed very annoyed ony package company to ever not deliver on date that was given with tracking
