The staff here (one fellow in particular) seems a bit disgruntled. This location can be very busy on Saturday mornings and they lock the doors at Noon so be sure to get in line early. A few positives about the location include the automated package kiosk in the lobby which is accessible 24/7 and the late collection on Saturday (4:30 pm).

I love the ladies who work in the office! They are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I bring in packages at least once or twice a week to mail out for my clinic. I actually look forward to going.

After usps sent package to the villiage the next day tracking showed delivery to p.o.box. how ever it was not there. Manager looked and it was not found said they would call me when it wss located call all day no one answers phones. Seems package was stolen? or placed in some one elses box that kept it? I'm not happy with this postoffice and out $97.00 for nothing.

I have read several of these reviews for this post office and it appears that the same person I am going to be writing a review on is the one in the same. He is poisoning this post office with his supreme anger and rudeness towards people. I have 2 pleasant mailmen on our route and have never had a problem with any others behind the counter. I hate to see all these decent people go down because of this person. My first issue was with this white over-sized bald guy at Christmas 2016, when he flatly refused to file stamp some sensitive mail that had to be postmarked that day. His refusal entailed this remark, " I will do it if I have time at the end of the day. I will not do it now." I took my mail to the airport. Granted he may not be required to file stamp at my bequest, but his response was not expected. My second issue was last Friday. I had ordered online Priority Envelopes as our office uses at least 20-25 a week. Well they did not arrive, so I reordered and they still did not come. Since I was going to be at the post office to drop off some mailings that missed our normal carrier, I stepped in to pick up about 20 envelopes to insure we did not run out while waiting for our order. This same man, yelled at me to put those envelopes back and that I could not come in and take their supplies! I did not take all of them, there was a large stack and I just took enough that we would not run out. I looked at him bewildered and said, "Excuse me?" I need these for our office and have ordered them but they have not arrived. He said again, "you cannot come in here and take our supplies. You can go to other post offices and take their supplies.." I said, "I work for a law firm we have to have these. We spend thousands of dollars for an envelope costing $6.65 to send a little paperwork off." I just stared back at him. (In that moment I seriously considered walking out with the envelopes anyway; however being a federal building and I was babysitting 4 dogs for the weekend, I decided not a good idea). He said,"You can take half" I replied, "Do you want to count them?" Which he surly said, "No!". I took half. Looked at him and told him, "You are very rude!". I am lodging a formal complaint. This behavior is uncalled for. We would be out of business if we treated people like this. Maybe he had a bad life. This is unacceptable behavior towards people in any type of business. He is dragging down all his colleagues with him. I can only imagine how their days must start with him in the mail room.

We all know the post office is bad, but this has to be the worst. For no reason at all they have been forwarding my damn mail to my brothers house in Edmond for the past year. Now my packages are being intercepted and it says "it's on it's way to a new address to setup for forwarding." I did absolutely no such thing. Whether my mail arrives or not, or to the right address or not, or whether it just vanishes into the void depends entirely on the arbitrary disposition of the courier for that particular day it seems (and it may be unfair to blame the courier, I'm not sure who is truly at fault, but in the local detachment is earning a capital F for their consistent failure). Of all the discombobulated, blase stupidity to be found among the ranks of government bureaucracies and their disgruntled workers, this place really gives the DMV a run for every bit of it's money when it comes to the most indifferent to YOU the customer. And why should they care? They are a function of government with nothing to gain or lose. So, of course, they don't. This particular outpost of the USPS especially.
