Your postage carrier just took a half yard shot sending a package sailing across my yard and slamming into my glass door. My package is damaged you are very lucky that my camera wasn't turned on or I would be calling the police.

Terrible customer service!
The old lady didn't know her job, wasted 10 minutes of MY time, her manager(a black lady) came to help, but was just as confused as the old lady!
I walked out!
I went to the" Mail drop" on  23rd near council. 
They helped me re-box and ship my package
At a lower price. 
I will be looking for other mailing alternatives for my Christmas packages. 
They charge to much to be that crappy!

I don't think there are enough post office boxes around. I have to waste time in someone's line while the usual chattery happens.....when I could juat drive thru! Still not impressed!

Your employee Patricia needs to be fired! She's definitely the rudest postal worker I've ever came in contact with. When you're told a price and you say you will be back later in the day to pay that price once you've finished packaging your item, then when you return all of a sudden you're told a different price. She got an attitude with me when I showed her picture proof from earlier this morning that the price was in fact what I told her I was told and after I did she refused to help me, she told me to go to the next person and they could help me because she wasn't going to. People like her are pathetic and should not be working with the public. I feel sorry for the customers who have to deal with your rude behavior every single day. Management needs to deal with this employee. Very disgusting person.
