The woman (or manager? Idk, she's black?) there has the worst attitude. First I came in to update my address as I just moved to this town. Instead of just telling me nicely that the change of address forms where in a certain place, she picks it up and slaps it on the counter before I can even finish talking. Then, I came in to ship something from eBay and she said because mine wasn't "priority" she couldn't use the tape on it. Like, yeah, I get it, but you don't have to be rude when saying it. I wasn't about to pay 3 dollars for tape I was only going to use once, so I left. I'll drive out of the way if I don't have to interact with this woman, sheesh.

Your postage carrier just took a half yard shot sending a package sailing across my yard and slamming into my glass door. My package is damaged you are very lucky that my camera wasn't turned on or I would be calling the police.

Terrible customer service! The old lady didn't know her job, wasted 10 minutes of MY time, her manager(a black lady) came to help, but was just as confused as the old lady! I walked out! I went to the" Mail drop" on 23rd near council. They helped me re-box and ship my package At a lower price. I will be looking for other mailing alternatives for my Christmas packages. They charge to much to be that crappy! WTH?

I don't think there are enough post office boxes around. I have to waste time in someone's line while the usual chattery happens.....when I could juat drive thru! Still not impressed!
