Very rude!!!! I ask a question about the Po box the lady was very rude and said I don't know. Like how do you not know you work there. My Po box  is due tomorrow and I ask can I pay it tomorrow because I'm not able to make it.( She replied by saying. I don't know come pay.

Constantly have mail delivered late ... mail man leaves delivery notices in box because he refuses to get out of vehicle for packages or signatures and makes you go to post office to pick up

These lazy carriers regularly don't attempt delivery but leave a notice in our box. I work from home and will be purposely listening for delivery then all the sudden I get an Amazon notice saying delivery failed. They don't even attempt to come to the door. They just put a slip in the box and leave. It's the height of laziness. When you try to call them, the phone just rings and they are always rude and short with you at the building. I am making a formal complaint with the USPS.
