I had to wait for 10 min (not in line), just because they were inside talking and laughing.  After that, the lady in the counter was complaining why I chose the last hour to stop by (it was 4 pm and they close at 4.30).  They don't even have general  information for simple things like renting a PO box, and the only answer she had was sending me to check online or go the main office.   Really poor service, she seemed to hate her job and looked more interested in their conversation rather than serving costumers.

The lady there is super rude, I came there to get my mail for the first time (bc im a new student), she yelled at me to sign the machine, which I did not know before. Never come back to this place again

I came on 3pm but it was already locked. They asks to nock the side door, but nobody responded.

I have been visited this post office for four years for its locational convenience. The staff, Chris, has always been cold and rude to me. I thought she may not like her job very much. But after seeing her help other customers with a big smile, I guess the problem is on me. We do not know each at all, so the possible reason why she is cold to me would be that I am a minority who has an accent.
