I haven't had any issues with the carriers or receiving mail, my issue is with the post office. I've never known a post office to make their own hours but this one closes at 4:30 during the week and not even open on Saturday mornings! Also, I tried to drop a package in the package drop after hours, but there is a sign on it that says "no packages". Doesn't even make sense and customer service seems not to be important here. I miss my old post offices!

Ive lived all over the country, and have never had a problem with postal service until I moved to Noble. The other reviews are correct regarding lost packages, forwarding, and getting other people's mail. Happens to me every week. Makes me wonder if other people are getting my mail and where my missing packages have ended up.

I've never written a review, but this is literally the worst service you can imagine. They act like delivering mail is a favor to you rather than their job. I get mail and even packages that are not only not my name, but clearly labeled a different address than mine .I've had packages sent back for no reason, packages make it to the Post Office only to then somehow get lost (probably delivered to the wrong address seeing as how often I'm receiving other people's mail) or packages that were just sitting in the back for days with for some reason a different address written on them that the one on the actual printed USPS shipping label. The worst part is, when you try to straighten things out or tell them that this is the wrong name/address, they insist it isn't and act like you are wrong! Who would take the time out of their day to go to the post office and argue that mail isn't actually theirs? I wish all my mail could be delivered by FedEx or UPS. This post office needs to be investigated and re trained or have new management. It's really that extreme, I hear other people in town constantly complaining about the poor service too.

I cannot have them deliver any of my mail. We moved about 4 months ago and I followed all the appropriate steps to forward my mail from my old address to my new address and Noble post office kept pointing the finger to my previous towns post office and putting me on the back burner. I finally spoke with my mail carrier, Barbara, thinking the issue would finally be resolved and they would finally do their job. I have only received a few pieces of mail after MONTHS of living here, and many phone calls inquiring about my "correct" address because my mail has been returned and stated it is undeliverable. That is not only including the mail forwarded from my old address, but even the mail that is being sent straight to the Noble address. Worst service EVER. After many hours trying to receive my mail that includes very sensitive and urgent items i cannot get them to do their job and deliver my mail.

Great customer service! My address was wrong on several orders I had ordered online and they were undeliverable according to my tracking information. I called to see if they could find them. They had already sent one back but they took down my information and was going to watch for my other packages and forward them to me instead of to the sender. The lady was very helpful and understanding!
