Story

One Post Office Square is a 40-floor modern skyscraper in the Financial District section of Boston, Massachusetts. The skyscraper is Boston's 11th-tallest building, standing 525 feet (160 m) tall. The building has approximately 766,000 square feet (71,000 m2) of Class A office space. An attached, eight-level parking garage offers 368 parking spaces and direct access to the building's lobby. It overlooks Post Office Square Park and was designed by Jung Brannen Associates.Design and featuresThe exterior is modern style sculpted tower that consists of a steel frame with a concrete aggregate facade.The three-story lobby is finished in patterned Rosso Verona and travertine marble walls and floors accented with mirror bronze signage, hand rails, and window bands. HVAC is controlled by an automated, Energy Management System for maximum comfort and efficiency. The building is connected to the Le Meridien Hotel at ground level by a private passageway.Awards Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Landlord of the Year Award, 2000

My mail was being stolen, and while this is no fault of the post office, somehow it ended up with me being yelled at by the Post Master for it. Instead of trying to listen to my side of the story, I was accused of messing up their routine deliveries while being constantly cursed and shouted at. Rough

This was the worst customer service I've received in a very long time. Not only the associate was very rude and spoke with a very bad attitude, she also treated me with a negative uncooperative behavior. When I tried to ask a single question she did not make eye contact and responded very abruptly, and again with a bad attitude, and pointed to a listing on the counter and said "read the list." I tried to ask a clarifying question she then again responded with: "just read the list" while looking away this time. Furthermore, after she acquired what she needed from me, she walked away without saying anything and left me waiting for more than 15 minutes. That is very unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I was on my way to work when I stopped by, thinking I would only spend 5 or 10 minutes, but ended up staying for more than 20 minutes for a simple matter that I've never had any problems with in the past 6 years while conducting business at USPS. Unfortunately this experience has left me with a very bad impression and the urge to just cancel everything and get out of there without looking back. I've had already spent a considerable money and I was willing to leave it behind because of this experience. It is needless to say I will never be conducting business here again.

The worst postal service you can ever imagine! I got the delivery notification from them on Friday evening, after a week I haven't still received my package. I'm calling them everyday to follow up with what they did to my package, but they are not responsive, once in a while that they pick up the phone, they say "hold on a second' and they just disappear! WTF?! Also few times told me we will check with the local mailman and call you right back, never got a call from them! It happened to me also previously that they sent me the delivery notification, but the package was delivered 3 days later! They are liars, such a terrible service. I have asked Amazon not to use USPS for my packages anymore.

Worst service ever...counter staff can care less about how long you stand there waiting to be helped. Slow, Rude and no Resoect for time. Would go to any other location if had the option. Reserve 15-20min regardless!!
